These athletes worked HARD this weekend—learning new choreography, pushing through the tired moments, cleaning skills, building confidence, and coming together as a team.

We still have work to do, but the foundation is SET. Now it’s time to clean it, perfect it, and make it OURS. 🔥

Day 1 of choreography is officially in the books for Valkyrie! These girls WORKED today — learning new counts, building stunts, pushing through the hard moments, and starting to bring our very first routine to life. 👏🏽

It may not be perfect yet… but that’s what choreography is for. 😉 We’re building, learning, and getting stronger TOGETHER.
