**500 workouts. 🤯💪**

Today, we’re celebrating something truly special.

Not because of a number on a board, but because of everything that number represents.

**Stefani Lee is the first member in our community to reach 500 workouts.**

Five hundred times she chose to show up.
Five hundred times she invested in herself.
Five hundred workouts filled with effort, determination, growth, and an incredible commitment to her health.

This milestone didn’t happen by accident. It was built one workout at a time, over years of consistency and dedication. Through busy seasons, challenges, and everything life throws our way, Stefani kept showing up.

What makes this achievement so inspiring is the example it sets for everyone around her. She reminds us that lasting results aren’t about quick fixes—they’re about continuing to move forward, week after week, year after year.

Stefani, we are so proud of you and grateful to have had a front-row seat to your journey. Thank you for inspiring our community and showing us what consistency looks like.

Congratulations on an incredible accomplishment. Here’s to 500 workouts and many more to come! ❤️👏

Some wins are easy to measure.

Others show up when you have more energy at the end of the day, feel stronger carrying groceries, or realize you’re doing things that used to feel difficult.

Today’s milestone is a reminder that progress has a way of showing up in all kinds of places.

We’re proud of you and excited for what’s next. 👏

🌟 **MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Michele Young** 🌟

We’re excited to celebrate Michele and the incredible progress she’s made over the past year!

As a business owner, wife, and someone who spent years putting everyone else first, Michele came to Alloy looking for accountability, support, and a community that would help her prioritize her own health.

Since joining, she’s grown stronger, more confident, and has accomplished things she never thought possible including a **185 lb deadlift in her 50s!** 💪

One of our favorite things about Michele is her willingness to challenge herself and encourage others along the way. Her journey is proof that it’s never too late to invest in yourself and discover what you’re capable of.

Michele, we’re so proud of everything you’ve accomplished and grateful to have you as part of our Alloy family. 👏

A stronger body is the goal.

A better life is the reward.

More energy for the things you love. More confidence in what your body can do. More freedom to live life on your terms.

That’s what we’re working toward every day. 💪

It’s always fun to celebrate the milestone, but the best part is seeing what happens along the way.

More confidence.
More strength.
More belief in what you’re capable of.

We’re proud of every member who keeps showing up for themselves. 👏

Consistency doesn’t always look exciting.

Most of the time, it looks like showing up on an ordinary day. Choosing to take care of yourself when life is busy. Making time for your health even when there are a hundred other things competing for your attention.

That’s why these milestones mean so much. They represent months of effort, commitment, and small decisions that added up to something worth celebrating.

We’re proud of every step you’ve taken to get here 💛

Not every victory shows up on a scale.

Sometimes it’s having more energy at the end of the day.

Sometimes it’s feeling stronger carrying groceries.
Sometimes it’s simply knowing you can do things now that felt difficult before.

Whatever this milestone means to you, take a moment to enjoy it. You’ve earned it.

Three The Greenville News Best of The Upstate Wins for Alloy!

🏅 Personal Trainer: Whitney Brown
🏋️ Fitness Center & Gym
👥 Group Class Studio

Whitney’s is the one we’re loudest about. The Queen of Alloy Eastside just got voted the best personal trainer in the entire Upstate. Nobody who has trained with her is remotely surprised. The Upstate loves you, Whit. Whitney Brown

The other two say something we’re proud of too. Alloy isn’t a big box where you wander around guessing what to do. Small groups, a coach on the floor, a program that’s actually yours. Not a class. A session.

Alloy family, you keep showing up.
We are grateful for every single member.

Stronger Together.

Built by consistency🔥

The truth is, most people don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do. They struggle because life gets busy.

Work gets hectic. Family needs your attention. Motivation comes and goes.

That’s why consistency matters so much.

At Alloy, we’re here to make showing up easier. Through coaching, accountability, encouragement, and a community that genuinely cares, we help our members stay on track even when life tries to pull them off course.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep coming back.

Those small efforts add up, and before you know it, you’re stronger, healthier, and capable of more than you thought possible.
