What a great afternoon at Topgolf! β›³οΈπŸŒοΈ

We had an awesome group of Sharks come out for an afternoon of fun, laughter, and friendly competition. It was a fantastic way to spend time together during Divisionals Week!

A huge thank you to Linh Le for organizing such a fun event. We appreciate all the time and effort that went into making it happen!

Today’s morning practice featured a fan-favorite challenge: the T-Shirt Relay! πŸŠπŸ‘•

Swimmers raced in relays while wearing oversized T-shirts in the water, and according to several participants, it felt like they were swimming with a parachute attached! This video gives you a glimpse of the challenge.

We’re hoping the extra resistance left our Sharks feeling strong, fast, and ready to take on the Blue Division this weekend. No matter how Divisionals goes, there’s one thing everyone can agree on β€” they’ll be glad they don’t have to race in T-shirts! πŸ˜‚πŸ¦ˆ

In case you missed it, here are a few snapshots from this morning's Divisionals Week penny dive! 🦈

Thanks to everyone who joined in the fun and helped us kick off the week with plenty of laughs and team spirit! We can't wait for all the excitement ahead!

Divisionals Week is officially underway! πŸ¦ˆπŸ’™

This morning, our Sharks kicked things off with a penny dive. Then, swimmers cast their votes by dropping pennies into hats to decide which coach would take the ultimate challenge: a belly flop!

The results are in... and Coach Max was the, uh, lucky winner in the 10-and-under practice. πŸ˜…

Watch him take the plunge! As one Shark yelled afterward, β€œThat never gets old!”

Saturday morning's Guppy Meet against McCarter was undoubtedly one of the cutest events of the season! 🦈

Our Guppies competed in four events: kickboard, pool noodle, float, and freestyle. We loved seeing their excitement, confidence, and all the progress they've made this season.

A huge thank-you to our coaches and volunteers for making this special event possible, and an extra shoutout to Becky Leonard for organizing it all!

πŸ¦ˆπŸ’œ We are dedicating tomorrow's meet to the memory of Matt Huey, a beloved member of our Shark family who lost his battle with pancreatic cancer last September.

Matt was the kind of person who never hesitated to help. Whether he was installing starting blocks, serving as a tent parent, or volunteering as a Stroke and Turn judge, he gave generously of his time and energy. His kindness and servant's heart left a lasting impact on our team.

We are raising money to benefit the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, supporting research, patient resources, and hope for a future without pancreatic cancer.

Join us as we honor Matt's legacy and help fight this devastating disease. πŸ’œ
