WE’RE HIRING ✨

The is growing, and now we’re looking for passionate, dependable coaches to join the fun! We are currently hiring Class Coaches and High School Coaches who are ready to help athletes grow, work hard, and enhance their skills. 🖤

CLASS COACHES
✦ Coach tumbling, stunting, jumping, and/or cheer-based classes
✦ Work with athletes of different ages and skill levels
✦ Create a positive, productive training environment
✦ Cheer, tumbling, or coaching experience required

HIGH SCHOOL COACHES
✦ Work directly with our high school programs
✦ Run practices, skills, stunting, tumbling, and more with the team
✦ Help athletes prepare for competitions
✦ High school or All-Star cheer/coaching experience required

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:
✦ Reliable and professional
✦ Energetic and confident working with athletes
✦ Knowledgeable about cheerleading skills and technique
✦ Ready to be part of the Designer culture and staff
✦ Available for afternoon/evening and potential weekend coaching

If you've ever been around Coach Jacob, you know one thing is guaranteed—lots of laughs. His energy is contagious, his passion is undeniable, and he has a way of making every athlete feel seen, challenged, and supported.

Whether he's having fun with his teams or helping athletes reach their goals, Jacob knows exactly when it's time to have fun and when it's time to lock in. He truly cares about every athlete he coaches, and it shows.

This season, we're especially excited to watch him step into his new role as Allstar Prep Director. His vision, dedication, and heart for our Prep athletes will continue to help the program grow and thrive, and we can't wait to see all that's ahead.
