Today, join Sarah on the mat for our Intro to Yoga Workshop! If you’ve been curious about yoga, this is a perfect place to begin (or begin again).

This Wednesday night will be her last weekly class for a while as she makes a little space for new offerings closer to her Oak Ridge community. We’ll miss having her in the weekly lineup, so come practice with her while you can!

There will always be something asking for your attention.

The work. The errands. The family. The endless little things that somehow become very big things.

And then there’s you.

Taking time for yourself isn’t selfish. It’s part of staying connected to the person underneath everything you do for everyone else.

Maybe that looks like an hour on your mat. Maybe it’s a quiet morning, a walk, a deep breath, or simply giving yourself permission to pause.

Join us for a FREE Hot Flow on Wednesday, August 5 at 12 PM benefiting the Guilford Education Alliance’s Teacher Supply Warehouse!

Instead of paying for class, we’re asking everyone to bring new school supplies to donate.

Donation drive starts now! The collection box is already set up in the studio lobby, so you can drop off supplies anytime you come to class.

Wednesday’s community class is just the kickoff— but we’d love to fill the box so quickly that we have to start a second one before school begins!

Whether you’re a teacher, a parent, or simply someone who wants to help local students and educators, every notebook, glue stick, pack of crayons, and dry erase marker makes a difference.
