Join us on August 12 at 5:30pm for Yoga Studies! This week we are working on: From the Floor to the Core: A MeltMethod Class!

The Autopilot is part of the neurofascial system that helps with stability, mobility, and upright posture. When there is stuck stress in the fascial system, then this is not working correctly and we are thrown off balance. The main contract points of the foot on the floor are continuously trying to find balance. Standing with poor body posture and lack of awareness can throw this normally functioning system off. Discover how the MeltMethod techniques can help! To participate in the class via Zoom, you must have the MeltMethod Soft Foam Roller. All Levels.
