People think they need discipline before they hire a coach.
In reality, that’s why you hire one.
They’re afraid they’ll fail. Afraid they’ll be told they can never eat foods they enjoy. Afraid they’ll be held accountable to a standard they can’t maintain.
But self-control isn’t something a select few people are born with. It’s a skill. Just like building muscle, it gets stronger when you practice it.
And that’s where accountability comes in. A good coach doesn’t expect perfection. A good coach helps you make the next right decision when motivation fades, cravings hit, and life gets busy.
The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is making one good decision at a time until those decisions become habits.
Every client who has ever achieved great results started exactly where you are now. Not with perfect discipline. Just a willingness to start.
If accountability is what you’re missing to begin gaining traction, DM us or complete the application in our bio.

We’ve known Jeremy for almost 15 years, but usually he’s the prescriber and we’re the patients, so it’s been awesome to help guide his journey back to better health and fitness after a few surgeries, tracking progress along the way.
In just 9 weeks, Jeremy has dropped 18.1 lbs and reduced his body fat by 5.5% while building sustainable habits that fit his busy life as a business owner.
If you’re in the Triad and looking for a chiropractor who truly practices what he preaches, be sure to check out Elite Performance Chiropractic and tell them we sent you!

Too many people want the stage before they’ve learned to love and understand the work it takes to get there.
The athletes who last in this sport are usually the ones who spent time learning and living the lifestyle first; training hard, eating with intention, staying consistent, and learning patience long before prep ever started.
That’s what makes this process different. No rushing. No chasing shortcuts. Just years of checking boxes, improving little by little, and earning the right to take the stage.
Bodybuilding isn’t just about prep. It’s about becoming the kind of person who can handle the process day after day… even when nobody is watching.
Check these results from our client . This is 2-3 years of consistency and hard work. Not every day has been perfect, and there is still a lot of work to be to done, but the dues are being paid. We’re that much closer to being ready to start a contest prep bc it’s become a lifestyle, not a hobby.

Client: “Did I leave my black lululemon jacket at the gym?”
Jeff: “Would this be it?”
At this point we may need to start a weekly fashion show for all the clothes left at the gym 😂
