4th Annual LIFTIN' FOR A CURE - Registration is Live!

A huge thank you to all the coaches, athletes, supporters, and volunteers who made our Olympic lifting “Lift Off” Competition possible — and to everyone who purchased a shirt or came out to cheer!

Our Olympic Weightlifting event was about more than lifting weights. It was about lifting each other up and making a difference in our community.

The proceeds from Lift Off benefited the students of Haynes Inman Education Center, providing tools, supplies, and equipment to help students access their education.

We are so grateful to Victoria for sharing what this support means to the students and teachers at Haynes Inman.

Please take a moment to read her message below. Her words are a wonderful reminder that the CrossFit community extends far beyond the walls of our box.

Thank you to EVERYONE who participated and helped make Lift Off such a special event! Can't wait for next year.
