💪 Meet your new fall wellness challenge: Beat Your Best!⁠

Starting September 23, this 8-week challenge is all about becoming a stronger, healthier YOU—no matter your age or fitness level. Each week will focus on a different wellness theme, from sleep and nutrition to recovery and stress management.⁠

You’ll set your personal records in Week 1, check your progress at the midpoint, and see how far you’ve come in Week 8. Plus, every participant who completes the challenge will receive a Beat Your Best T-shirt! 👕🎉⁠
