Happy International Beer Day!
If you're like most runners you probably enjoy a cold beer or two after a hard race. Our friends at Natty Greene's we're kind enough to brew up a special race day brew to honor our Race and Brain Cancer Community for 2026. We wanted to thank Brew Master John and the entire Natty's team for all the hard work and for bringing the Heroes and Healers Pilsner to life. And of course for being the site of all these post run vibes!
We are looking forward to enjoy more race day smiles and beers together in 2027.

Get by with a little help from our friends!
Shout out to all the teams that showed up and showed out for each other at Elm St 2026! Whether you were one of our competitive teams chasing Trivium Cup Points or a Fundraising Team. You made the day special by lifting each other across the finish line. The saying goes, "if you want to go far, go together."
We can't wait to see even more teams on the starting line for 2027!

Today on Glioblastoma Awareness Day, we remember Tracy Binder, whose courage and openness throughout her cancer journey inspired her family, friends, and community to turn grief into action.
Earlier this year, the Elm Street Athletic Festival honored Tracy's legacy while raising critical support for brain tumor patients and research. Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist's MiND Alliance was honored to be a beneficiary of those efforts, helping advance care, support, and hope for patients facing devastating diagnoses like brain cancer.
Glioblastoma is one of the most aggressive forms of brain cancer, and awareness remains essential to improving outcomes and funding research. Today, Jason Binder continues Tracy's legacy by raising awareness and supporting others impacted by the disease.
We are grateful to the Binder family, the Elm Street Athletic Festival, and everyone working to make a difference for brain tumor patients and their loved ones.
💛

Team (noun): a group of people who come together to around the common goal/purpose to push each other forward.
That is exactly what we saw at Elm St Athletic Festival in 2026. Whether you came to compete for Trivium Cup points, to honor someone you love, or both, thank you for showing up for each other and for our Brain Cancer Cause.
We are already in the planning stages for 2027 and can't wait to see more of these smiling faces!
