šŖ THIS is what progress looks like. ā¤ļø
And it doesnāt always show up on the scale.
Sometimes progress is realizing your body can do something today that it couldnāt do before.
š„ Sandi: Plyometric jumping movements used to bother her knees. She kept working, got stronger, built up her lower bodyāand now sheās doing those same jumps with no problems at all!
š„ Cathy: When she started with us over a year ago, she couldnāt do ONE burpee. Now? Sheās knocking them out like a champ. š
š„ Cameron: During single-arm dumbbell snatches today, she started with 25 lbs. Then she decided to grab the 30ā¦and absolutely ROCKED it. šŖ
THIS is why we train.
To move better.
To get stronger.
To do the things that used to feel impossible.
And sometimes, to have that moment when you realizeā¦
āWait. Iām stronger than I thought.ā ā¤ļø
Weāre so proud of these ladies and all the work theyāve put in!
š Now we want to hear YOUR win:
Whatās something you can do now that you couldnāt do when you first started?
Big or smallādrop it in the comments so we can celebrate with you! š
