Path Valley Recap: Yes, it's a little late, but RDH Motorsports had a good night at the Little Track with Big Action in Spring Run, PA this past Saturday! Things started off a bit on the downside as Eric timed 26th out of 32 cars in qualifying for the Summer Slam event. The top-20 automatically transferred into the A-Main, so this put us starting sixth in the last chance qualifier. The top-four finishers would transfer, so Eric had his work cut out for him. Eric went to work and passed two cars to finish fourth and become the last qualifier into the A-Main. Starting 24th in the feature, Eric did a great job passing cars and advancing through the field. The car was very fast and Eric finished the race in 13th! In the process of this very good run, Eric passed 11 cars, which was good enough for the Hard Charger Award. However, another driver also passed 11 cars and finished just one spot in front of Eric. Therefore, the other driver received the award. It's a quirky rule, but there has to be a tie-breaker somehow. Anyway, that doesn't detract from our great run, AND again we hit our target of finishing 6th to 14th as we have frequently done this year. This week, the team will make one of its infrequent runs on the asphalt as we compete in the Twin INEX- sanctioned asphalt Legends races at Shenandoah Speedway in Virginia. This will be Eric's first-ever start on asphalt, and he will be in our blue and white No. 45 Coupe. We thank Farner's Racing Collectables and DL Friese Transportation for its support.
