Maybe the “crazy dance mom” narrative is getting old.

Because the dance moms I know?

They’re the ones cheering for your child even when their own child is competing against her.

They fix someone else’s bun.
Share the hairspray.
Help with a costume malfunction.
Clap for every kid on that stage.
Celebrate the wins that aren’t theirs.
And hug the dancer crying in the hallway after a mistake.

Yes, dance is competitive.

But motherhood doesn’t have to be.

Our daughters are watching us.

They notice when we cheer for another girl.
When we compliment another dancer.
When we celebrate someone else’s success without diminishing our own child’s.

We’re teaching them that another girl shining doesn’t make their light any dimmer.

So in 2026, let’s change the dance mom narrative.

Less comparison.
Less competition between moms.
More fixing each other’s crowns—and their kids’ rhinestones. 💗

Because our girls may compete onstage…

but we can still raise them to cheer for each other from the wings.

Crews monitoring Greenacres plaza after fire triggers evacuation an...

Good afternoon! We wanted to let everyone know that there was a fire at the laundromat in our plaza this morning. Thankfully, from what we know, no one was injured and our studio was not damaged.

We have now received clearance to reopen, but due to the remaining smoke and our power currently being out, classes are canceled tonight.

We are hoping to resume classes tomorrow as long as our power is restored. We will keep everyone updated. Thank you so much for your understanding!
