What is RDFit60? RDFit60 classes are our 60-minute functional fitness classes held at RedDoor Fitness. These classes are coach led classes that focus on functional activities. Whether it be getting up from the ground or climbing stairs we work to improve your overall function. These classes will work with various exercises including body weight, dumbbells, barbells and odd objects. Help yourself to age gracefully and keep yourself active for years to come. Look at all those PRs!!! We worked on back squats to start the month then progressed our deadlifts and benching. Lots of strength being built this month!! Way to go to all those reaching new heights!!!!

Murph 2026 is in the book at Reddoor Fitness!! Small but mighty crew. Family affair this year with 3 family groups going strong. Thank you to all those who gave their lives for us. This was to honor Michael Murphy as well as everyone else!! 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, 1 mule run!!
