Reminder: This was the last week of Rec Classes for the 2025-2026 Session. Current athletes will automatically be withdrawn from classes and can sign up for the 2026-2027 session in the link below ⬇️

A few of our coaches traveled to Phoenix, Arizona this weekend to attend the USA Gymnastics National Congress & Trade Show 2026! ☀️🌵

This was a great opportunity to continue growing as coaches, learn new drills and training techniques, and bring some fresh ideas and knowledge back to our gym and athletes. 🤸‍♀️💪

We can’t wait to put all of that new knowledge to work! ❤️🧡

There has been a water main break across the street from the gym and is affecting our water supply. Unfortunately, we do have cancel any classes in the 6:00-8:30 pm timeframe. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please watch your email for make up options.

We are open tonight, however, due to the heavy rain fall in such a short amount of time, Allied Street is experiencing standing water. It's best to take Waube Ln a little further to Ridge Road and then take Circle Drive to avoid the high water.

This is just a reminder that the Gym will be CLOSED July 3rd-July 5th. Classes will resume as usual on Monday, July 5th. We hope everyone has a great holiday weekend!

Reminder: This week is our Summer Break for Rec Classes only! There are no Rec Classes this week.
