Sending off our college athletes as they head into another year of competing at the next level!

Some are getting ready for their first year of college athletics, while others are headed back for another season of growth, competition, and chasing their goals.

We’re incredibly proud of the hard work, consistency, and dedication each of these athletes has put in at ETS Performance Green Bay. It’s been awesome watching them grow both on and off the field.

Good luck this year! Go thrive, go compete, and go make the most of it! We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way!🙌

Why does pregame/training nutrition matter?

Your body can only perform with the fuel you give it.

The goal of pregame nutrition is to provide athletes with the energy they need to compete at their best. Eating the right foods before competition helps maintain energy levels, improve focus, delay fatigue and support performance from the first whistle to the last.

A good pregame meal should focus on carbohydrates for energy, include some protein, and be paired with proper hydration. What you eat before a game won’t make you faster overnight, but it can help you perform to your potential when it matters most.

Don’t let poor nutrition be the reason you leave performance on the table.

This week we’re featuring the Tauer boys!💪

Even though they’re in different programs, they both bring the same mindset every time they walk through the doors: ready to work, ready to compete, and ready to get better.

We love seeing athletes push themselves, compete with each other, and continue to raise the standard every session.

Keep putting in the work, boys! 👊

This week’s feature heads out to the Menominee boys!!!
You know you’ve got a special group of guys when they’re willing to travel 2 hours round trip, 3x a week just to get their work in. These boys have done it all summer long, and each of them is ready to keep the ball rolling up there this football season!

As a group, we’ve seen each of these boys improve dramatically this offseason, and that’s no surprise if you’ve ever seen them in the gym. They give it everything they’ve got every single day and simply want to be the best they can be!

Super proud of these boys and the work they’ve put in this offseason. We can’t wait to see how this year goes!! 🔥

Every athlete who walks through our doors starts with baseline testing using the Vald ForceDecks.

From there, we use the data to build a plan based on their individual needs.

Test. Plan. Implement. Retest. Repeat.

Taking the data out of the equation takes the guesswork out of training. It’s about more than just the weight on the bar. We’re looking at things like Rate of Force Development, Peak Force, Peak Power, asymmetries, Reactive Strength Index, and much more.

The goal? Know where an athlete is, identify what they need, build a plan, and continue to measure progress.

Don’t guess. Test. Train. Retest. Get better.
