Save the date! 📆

We're bringing the Gold Rush Strength and Conditioning community together on Saturday, October 3rd for a morning of connection, movement, and fun! We will have a group workout, music, food, coffee + tea, DEXA scans, a raffle, Gold Rush merchandise, and more!

The event kicks off at 9 am, and we'd love to see you there!

🚨We’re adding a new class time! 🚨

Starting Monday, September 28th, you’ll have another opportunity to get your training in with a 7:30–8:30 AM class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The new class is included with Unlimited Memberships or counts as one of your weekly visits for 3x Week Memberships.

We’re excited to offer another way to fit training into your week!

Looking for a new challenge?

On October 10th, CrossFit 916 is hosting the Golden Bear Games. It's a fun local partner competition that's a great opportunity to challenge yourself, try something new, and put your training to the test.

With scaled, intermediate, Rx, and masters divisions available, there's a place for athletes of all experience levels. If you've been thinking about trying a competition, this could be a great place to start.
