Coastal Pools — 2026 Best of Annapolis & Eastern Shore — is looking for a Production Project Manager to plan, oversee, and deliver custom pool projects on time, on budget, and to scope.
You’ll own your projects from preconstruction through completion — interpreting designs, running material selections, managing budgets and change orders in JobTread, and keeping customers confident the whole way. If you’re an organized project leader who takes pride in a clean, zero-defect build, this is your seat.

- Proven construction project management

You’ll understand each client’s vision and budget, design the pool in 2D and 3D (Structure Studios), present with impact, and prepare accurate proposals — all with a white-glove experience that earns referrals. If you love connecting with people and bringing designs to life, this is your seat.
