⚾️ WELCOME, 2027 LAKESIDE BOARD! 💚

Last night, at our Annual Meeting, Regular Members, voted on the volunteers who will help lead our league into the 2027 season.

We’re excited to welcome 21 dedicated members to the 2027 Lakeside Little League Board of Directors! 💚⚾️

Behind every team, every game, every field, and every opportunity our kids have to play baseball is a group of volunteers willing to step up and give their time, energy, and heart to this league. We are incredibly grateful for each person who raised their hand to serve.

👏 Thank you for saying YES to Lakeside!

A quick note: individual Board positions and roles have not yet been determined. The 2027 Board will officially begin their roles on October 1st, with more information and Board assignments coming soon.

Here’s to another year of community, baseball, and showing our kids what it means to step up and be part of something bigger.

There are less than TWO WEEKS left to register for Lakeside Little League Fall Ball! Registration closes Friday, July 31, and we don’t want your player to miss out on another season of baseball, friendships, and player development. ⚾💚

Fall Ball is the perfect opportunity to sharpen skills, build confidence, learn new positions, and have fun before Spring baseball returns.

🙋 We’re also looking for Team Managers!
Our biggest need is currently at the:
⚾ AA
⚾ AAA
⚾ Majors
⚾ 50/70
As registrations continue to grow, we’ll need additional managers at every level. If you’ve ever considered managing, Fall Ball is a fantastic time to jump in—we’ll help you every step of the way!

Their tournament run may have come to an end this morning, but what a summer it has been for our Lakeside 10U All-Stars. 💚⚾️

This team represented Lakeside Little League with passion, teamwork, and a love for the game that made our entire community proud. They battled their way to the District 54 Championship, created memories that will last a lifetime, and reminded us all what it means to wear “Lakeside” across your chest.

To our players, coaches, and families - thank you for an unforgettable All-Star season. While today’s result wasn’t the one we were hoping for, this is only the beginning for this talented group. The future of Lakeside baseball is incredibly bright, and we can’t wait to watch these boys continue to grow, compete, and accomplish great things together.

Sometimes the scoreboard just doesn’t tell the whole story.

Tonight, our 2026 Lakeside Majors (12U) All-Stars saw their incredible summer come to an end, but what a journey it was.

These boys battled until the very last out, leaving absolutely everything they had on the dirt. After jumping out to an early 3-0 lead in the first inning and refusing to quit, they reminded everyone what Lakeside baseball is all about. Joseph Long’s thunderous grand slam in the sixth brought us within a single run and had an entire community believing right until the very end.

While this wasn’t the ending we were hoping for, it doesn’t change what this team accomplished. They represented Lakeside with pride, resilience, sportsmanship, and heart every step of the way. They created memories, friendships, and moments that will last far longer than any final score ever could.

To our players, coaches, and families - thank you for an unforgettable All-Star season. We hope this is a summer these boys will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

🚨🏆 CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND IS HERE, LAKESIDE! 🏆🚨

WE’RE NOT DONE YET. 💚🖤
Both our Lakeside 10U and Majors (12U) All-Star teams are playing for the District 54 Championship this weekend!

⚾ MAJORS (12U) take on El Dorado Hills Little League tomorrow. EDH enters the championship undefeated, which means our boys will need to beat them TWICE to bring that District banner back to Lakeside. A tall task? Absolutely. Impossible? Not for this team.

⚾ 10U ALL-STARS battled hard Wednesday night but came up short against Woodcreek, forcing a winner-take-all championship game. Saturday morning, they’ll get one more shot at the District banner and they’re ready to leave it all on the field.

Now it’s our turn, Lakeside.
📣 Fill the stands.
👏 Be loud.
💚 Wear your green.
⚡ Bring the energy these boys have earned.
Let’s show everyone what the Lakeside community is all about and help push our All-Stars across the finish line.

It’s a huge night for Lakeside All Stars tomorrow, Wednesday, July 8th!

🔥 Majors (12U) take on Folsom American in another exciting tournament matchup.

🏆 10U All Stars are playing for the Championship! Their opponent will be determined after the Maidu vs. Woodcreek matchup—but one thing is certain... our boys will be ready!

If you’re able to make it out, come cheer on our Lakeside All Stars! Your energy in the stands makes a difference, so wear your green, get loud, and help us bring home some wins!
