We’re excited to kick off two inclusive programs designed to make tennis accessible, welcoming, and FUN for everyone!

Serving Up Fun — in partnership with Special Olympics Michigan and David’s House Ministries
October 4 • November 8 • December 13
5:30–7:00 PM

Wheelchair & Para Standing Tennis Clinics — in partnership with USTA Midwest
Sundays, October 4–December 20
4:00–5:30 PM

No prior tennis experience is needed. Come learn new skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game! 💚🎾

What a day at the 2026 WMCT Pro Am!

Despite the rain cutting our day a little short, we are incredibly grateful for everyone who came out and helped make this year’s Pro Am such a success. Together, we raised $40,889 to support West Michigan Community Tennis and our mission to enrich lives and build communities through tennis and education!

A huge thank you to NoCo Provisions for keeping everyone fueled with an amazing food truck, and to the Davenport University and Grand Valley State University tennis teams for joining us on the courts!

Most importantly, thank you to our sponsors, players, volunteers, donors, and supporters. Your generosity helps us continue providing meaningful tennis opportunities to people throughout West Michigan.
We may not have gotten to finish the day on the courts, but we’re leaving this Pro Am feeling incredibly grateful. Thank you for making it such a special event!

As part of his spinal cord injury recovery, Mason was introduced to wheelchair tennis at WMCT. He quickly became a regular participant at our Sunday wheelchair & para standing clinics. Mason is now playing alongside his friends as a part of the Grandville middle school tennis team! Tennis is for everyone, and we are happy to be a place for athletes of all abilities in our community! 🎾💚

🔥 What a summer for Novak Masteller! 🎾

Novak has been on an absolute tear—winning three straight high-level tournaments before reaching the Quarterfinals of the USTA Boys’ 14s National Championships in Mobile, Alabama. And he just turned 13 in May!

Along the way, he put together an incredible 20-match singles win streak before it came to an end against the tournament’s #1 seed in the quarterfinals.

We couldn’t be prouder of the dedication, toughness, and level of tennis Novak has shown all summer. And a huge shoutout to his coach, Mickey Mikesell, for playing a major role in this incredible run!

Way to represent WMCT on the national stage, Novak! We’re excited to see where you go from here! 👏🎾🎉

We had the best time hosting the USTA Midwest Para Standing Tennis Camp again this summer! These athletes are incredible, and we are inspired by their determination to grow their tennis skills. If you know anyone interested in playing para standing tennis, WMCT offers free clinics on Sundays starting in September. Tennis is for everyone! 🎾
