There’s a lot happening on Mill Street!

It’s been exciting to watch this corner of Hastings change week by week as construction continues. The commercial building will be home to the year round Farm Stop Market & Café, an incubator kitchen supporting food entrepreneurs and local growers, and a childcare center serving local families.

Construction is also continuing on the multifamily buildings, with apartments expected to be available this October!

Progress is moving fast at Highbanks Apartments. Insulation is wrapping up, drywall is underway throughout the building, and exterior siding is nearly complete.
