Our dancers are placed and pushed based on current technical ability, not age. This allows us to tailor your dancer's growth plan to their specific needs, weaknesses, and strengths! Just look at what this young MBA dancer has accomplished.

Eden started out at age 9 in our Level 1 class, and is starting her year this school year at age 11 in Level 3, our pre-pointe level 😍

Join Michigan Ballet Academy onstage December 18th-20th in the timeless holiday classic, The Nutcracker!

We are excited to present this holiday classic at the beautiful East Grand Rapids High School Performing Arts Center this December.

This year we are offering 2 audition dates, August 29th and September 12tth.

Check out audition times below! Please contact our school administrator before your audition to confirm the correct level/audition time.

Non-MBA students ages 13 - 18
CLASS 11:00 - 12:45 pm

Level 2 & 3
Non-MBA students 10 - 12**
12:45 - 1:15 pm

Level 1
Non-MBA students ages 7 - 9
1:15 - 1:45 pm

Pre-Ballet, Elementary Ballet or Jazz
Non-MBA students ages 4 - 7
1:45 - 2:15 pm

*Age ranges are a suggestion. Level 4-6 audition is a full class. Please contact the MBA School Administrator to confirm the appropriate audition time for your dancer before arrival on your chosen date.
