Have you watched Ilona play and think “golly I would really like to try that”? Well you’re in luck! On August 5th from 6pm to 8pm, you can come learn about rugby and our team! This is a super low stakes practice designed to be fun and help everyone dip their toes in to something new!

Returning players of all levels as well as a fabulous coaching staff will be there, so ask all the questions you need.

ALL people are welcome. ALL athletes deserve a place in the Growlers.

We will be taking the week off to prepare for preseason practices starting on August 5th!
