Starting TOMORROW, we’re teaming up with GV Pompon Club for our Move-In Fundraiser at Lake Michigan Nutrition!

For all 3 days, a portion of each menu item sold will support GV Pompon Club. So your regular LMN run can help support these amazing GVSU students at the same time!

Help us welcome Kylie Swierkos to the Lake Michigan Nutrition Athlete Ambassador team!

Kylie is a member of Grand Valley State University Softball who’s focused on increasing her protein intake and getting in shape for the upcoming season.

Kylie shared that she loves everything Lake Michigan Nutrition stands for and has been a frequent customer. She’s excited to help introduce more people to LMN and everything we have to offer.

We’re excited to welcome Kylie to the LMN community and support her as she continues working toward her goals.

You’ll be seeing more of Kylie as she shares workout content, daily routine, game day life, and some of her favorite LMN drinks and meals with our community.

Rachael is a member of Grand Valley State University Women’s Soccer who’s focused on building muscle, improving her fitness, and growing in her faith through her sport.

Help us welcome Emerson Holthouser to the Lake Michigan Nutrition Athlete Ambassador team!

Emerson is a member of the GVSU Women’s Lacrosse team who’s focused on improving her health and performance while continuing to grow as a student athlete.

One of the things that stood out most about Emerson was her heart. She shared that one of the things that drew her to LMN was its message and the opportunity to live out and share her faith with others.

We’re excited to welcome Emerson to the LMN community and support her as she continues pursuing her goals.
