Caro appreciation post!!! 🤸‍♀️🫶✨

Caro got into cycling with her family when she was in high school. They’d ride together near her hometown, and she’s stuck with it ever since! In her class, you’ll hear some Olivia Rodrigo, Mau P, or any house DJ. She’s big into Noah Kahan right now, too! She is our choreo QUEEN, but if she had to pick a fav move, it’d be a low low high high (with a clap ofc) 👏

Outside of Spoke, she’s a corporate girly and hobby enthusiast. She’s a full time HR Business Partner and absolutely loves her job. In her free time, you can find her running, watercolor painting, sewing, hanging out with her besties, or visiting her boyfriend in Detroit!

Her favorite local hangout is Lyon Street (“café, grocery store, bakery trio is unmatched vibes”) and she’s not her without at least two caffeinated beverages and her dog, Mister T 🥹
