The Dirty Mitten asks athletes to run, ride, swim, and keep going. That is exactly why PTSportsPRO belongs at the center of this weekend.

Founder and owner Terence Reuben has built PTSportsPRO around helping people move better, get stronger, recover well, and stay in the game. PTSportsPRO presents all three Dirty Mitten events, and their team brings real athlete care to the partnership.

Three events earn one title: The Greenleaf Trust Trifecta.

Run the 5K trail race and ride the gravel bike race on Saturday, then return Sunday for the gravel triathlon. That is the full Dirty Mitten weekend.

Start Saturday on foot. Keep the weekend going from there.

The Dirty Mitten Trail Run is a 5K through YMCA Camp Manitou-Lin on September 19. Pair it with the gravel bike race or Sunday gravel triathlon and you have The Dirty Double.

Two events. One weekend. A very satisfying amount of dirt.

A late-season race worth traveling for.

Triathlete Magazine named The Dirty Mitten one of the Best Off-the-Beaten-Path Multisport Races in the U.S. for 2026. On September 20, the gravel triathlon closes the 2026 Michigan Triathlon Series presented by Rockefeller Global Family Office.

It is a finish-line weekend with real character, from the lake to the gravel to the trails at YMCA Camp Manitou-Lin.

One weekend. Three ways to get dirty.

The Dirty Mitten returns September 19 and 20 at YMCA Camp Manitou-Lin with a trail run, gravel bike race, and gravel triathlon. Choose one event, take on The Dirty Double with two, or complete all three as The Greenleaf Trust Trifecta.

Every event benefits the YMCA Camp Manitou-Lin scholarship fund.

Some great advice from Dr. K with the University of Michigan Health-West Sports Medicine, the official medical partner of Tri Millennium!

šŸ Tri Millennium race week is getting close. If something has been nagging for more than a few days, it's time to pay attention to it.

In this Sports Med Minute, Dr. Ed Kornoelje from University of Michigan Health-West Sports Medicine, the official medical partner of Tri Millennium, talks through the 3-day rule and how athletes can tell the difference between normal training soreness and something that deserves a closer look.

šŸ‘Ÿ Tri Millennium is presented by Striders, your local stop for running, walking, triathlon, and race-day gear.

**Morning Update 5/17 (6:00 am)**

The last day is here!
- We start things off with the mixed relay. All teams must enter transition together. Each team will have their own rack. The first athlete will start like the normal duathlon, subsequent athletes will all wait in the waiting area.
- Our second event is the draft-legal super sprint tri. We will have the water temp an hour before start time.
- We will have a swim warmup for the women's wave of the draft-legal super sprint. We do not have an exact time, but listen to the head lifeguard once the last guy is out of the water. You will have until 10' before the start of your wave to warmup.

Day 4 was capped off with the always entertaining slide tri. No real update tonight, we’re tired and need a nap. We will see everyone bright and early tomorrow morning for the mixed relay duathlon and the draft-legal super sprint tri. One more day!
