One of our favorite things to do is customized Birthday BEASTS!
There’s no better way to celebrate birthdays than a fun workout with friends. Yesenia requested reggaeton beats, no burpees, and as hard as it was, we kept the burpees out 😆 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, YESENIA!

Birthday BEAST workouts are free as our gift for members, just make sure your DOB is correct on your account, and fill out your request form when you get the email the month before your birthday 🎁

For member birthdays, we offer custom Birthday BEAST workouts that incorporate all our training formats into a theme of their choice. Maribel chose a Marine Corps 🪖 theme for hers today, and we were more than happy to deliver. Videos incoming! 💣
