Located in beautiful downtown Grand Junction, Colorado, Adagio Dance Academy offers a wide variety of dance classes, including Classical Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Pointe, Preschool, Ballroom, Hip Hop, Tap, Combo Classes, Partnering, Pas de Deux, and dance lessons for tots. We are adding classes all the time, and also have a monthly Date Night Dance Class for adults and can host birthday parties for kids and adults.

After what feels like approximately 7,000 days of summer, Mother Nature finally decided to turn down the thermostat. 😂🙌

Cooler temps, rain, and that unmistakable feeling that fall might actually be on its way… 🍂✨

But around here, there’s one thing that never changes: our dancers keep shining! 🩰💫

🩰 A little reminder that “coming to class” doesn’t always mean dancing full-out!

When an injury sidelines part of our dancing, there are often still safe ways to participate—strength exercises, conditioning, technique work, or simply being part of the class community. 💗

Chloe brought her crutches to class AND brought her determination. 💪✨

We never want our dancers to push through pain or ignore an injury. We want them to heal smart, listen to their bodies, and keep moving in ways that are safe for them.

Because sometimes the strongest thing a dancer can do is modify. 💕
