Form Friday: Baby Bend Extend, Baby Bend Stretch, Micro Bend Stretch…

No matter what you call it, making it small is key. It’s all about keeping the glutes engaged, slightly letting go in the hamstring and flexing back to a fully extended leg without losing height. This tiny move is extremely effective in many other exercises. Take the “bend” out and focusing on muscle engagement. 💪🏼
