Open to the public:
Thursday and Friday 4:00-8:00pm
Saturday and Sunday 12:00-5:00pm

Open for private lessons only on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00am-12:00pm

We are open from December-March, dependent on the weather!

Think you make a killer beef slider? Have an Old Fashioned or bourbon cocktail that can take the win? PROVE IT.

Snug Harbor’s Beef & Bourbon Showdown is coming up and we still have room for more teams!

Saturday, October 3, 2026
12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Snug Harbor’s Heated Deck

COMPETE IN:

• BEEF SLIDER COMPETITION
• OLD FASHIONED COMPETITION
• ORIGINAL BOURBON COCKTAIL COMPETITION

Grab your friends, coworkers, restaurant crew, or family and put a team together. You do NOT need to be a restaurant or professional chef to compete!

Snug Harbor provides the chuck roast and slider buns, and Coppercraft provides the bourbon.

Best part: it’s all for a great cause. Proceeds benefit Mulligan’s Hollow right here in Grand Haven.

Competition begins at noon, with Big Daddy Fox performing live from 3–7 PM.
