🛠️ Club Work Day – Volunteers Needed! 🛠️

This Thursday & Friday we need your help to keep the club looking great and running smoothly for our Fall Shoot this weekend!!

Whether you can only volunteer an hour of your time or 4 hours, every bit of help makes a difference.

⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 6ish PM
🥪 Lunch will be provided

Please note:
🚫 All ranges will be closed during work day hours
📝 Volunteer hours are logged and go toward your yearly dues

This is a great way to give back to the club, meet other members, and help keep our ranges in top shape. We hope to see you there! 💪🎯

The Annual Flint Bowmen Fall Shoot is coming up August 15 & 16, and you do NOT want to miss this weekend!

Whether you’re here to compete, have some fun, or just enjoy a great weekend with the community; we’ve got something for everyone!

🎯 20 Target Known Distance 3D Money Course
-3 Stakes — 30 / 40 / 50 Yard Max
$20 per round
Shoot as many times as you want!
The best total score for each stake takes home the $!

💰 50% PAYBACK!
$10 goes to the club
$10 goes into the prize pot!

This course is similar to the Elite Known Bonus Shoot at the National ASA’s, so come see how you stack up!

Whether you’re tuning up for hunting season, sharpening your competitive edge, or just looking for a great time with fellow archers, this league is for YOU.

- 20-target 3D course with IBO scoring
- 14-target Broadhead course

📅 Starts July 14th
-Runs for 8 weeks

Bring your friends, compete each week, and see how your skills improve all season long. All ages and skill levels are welcome!

The Flint Bowmen Fall Shoot is just 3 weeks away! 🎯

This is our BIGGEST event of the year, and we’re asking all members to pitch in however they can. A little help from everyone goes a long way!

Here’s how you can help:
🏹 Come out and shoot on August 15 & 16 – enjoy a fun 3D shoot, exciting novelty targets, and a great weekend with fellow archers.

🙋 Volunteer for a 2-hour shift – it’s an easy way to earn volunteer hours, meet other members, and support the club.

💰Make a donation – contributions are available in $25 increments to help offset event expenses so proceeds can go toward paying the club’s summer taxes.

🎁 Donate raffle items – new or gently unused items are greatly appreciated!

🔨 Help with setup on August 13 & 14 beginning at 8:00 AM.

🏕️ Stay for the weekend and camp at the club!

We’re also looking for businesses and corporate sponsors to sponsor one or more of our 50 targets for $25 each. Sponsors receive recognition at their target, on our thank-you board, in our newsletter, and in the clubhouse for the coming year.
