Last week’s class was canceled due to the flooding situation, but we’re back this week and ready to sweat!

Join me Thursday, June 4th at 5:30 AM at All Around Fitness in Gorham for a R.I.P.P.E.D. workout! 🔥

R.I.P.P.E.D. combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Determination into one fun and effective full-body workout designed to help build strength, improve endurance, and burn calories.

And if you’ve taken my classes before, you know I like to keep things interesting. 😉 You never quite know what order I’m going to put things in, so you’ll just have to show up to find out! Keeping your body guessing makes every workout feel fresh.

Expect great music, lots of motivation, and a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, I always offer modifications so whether you’re brand new or a seasoned gym-goer, you can meet your body exactly where you’re at.

💔 Sadly, this will be my last Thursday morning Pump & Power class. I’d love to see some familiar faces one more time. Come say goodbye, get a great workout, and sweat with me one last Thursday morning!

💥 Rise and shine… it’s TABATA THURSDAY time! 💥

Join me on Thursday, May 21st at 5:30 AM at All Around Fitness Studio (161 Main St., Gorham, NH) for a sweaty, smile-filled workout that’ll be done before most people have even located the coffee pot. ☕💪

This week we’re putting a little extra love (or torture… depending on who you ask 😆) into UPPER BODY STRENGTH because strong arms make life easier—from carrying groceries to opening stubborn pickle jars.

We’ll be mixing strength and cardio in classic Tabata style:
⏱️ 20 seconds on / 10 seconds off
🔁 8 rounds per set
🔥 8 total sets
💦 Plus one-minute breaks so we can all remember how breathing works.

✨ ALL fitness levels welcome! You go at YOUR pace, and I’ll provide modifications every step of the way.

🏋🏾‍♀️ We’ve got weights available, or bring your favorites if you’ve become emotionally attached to your dumbbells. 😉

This week’s focus is STRENGTH TRAINING with some kettlebell-inspired moves designed to challenge your upper body, lower body, and core. Don’t worry though — since it’s kettlebell STYLE, you’ll also see your heart rate spike here and there as we keep moving with active recovery while targeting those smaller upper body and core muscles.

Expect a full head-to-toe workout that will leave you feeling STRONG, energized, and empowered! 💥
