Lean and Fit is a 90 day transformation course. Lose weight and get in the best shape of your life. The Lean and Fit program has ended.

We currently offer the Cage Fitness class on Tues and Thurs at 10am or 8pm, or the "Cage Plus" program which is the cage fitness classes on Tues and Thurs plus Friday night total body strength training with bands and Saturday morning Cardio/kickboxing at 10am.

We are doing a Kickboxing class at 8:15 am PST New Years eve and also will be available to answer any questions about the program. You can log on at 8 am but class will not start until 8:15 am.

If you need to lose weight and get in shape you might be interested in joining my Lean and Fit session beginning January 9th. I have added 2 more weeks to the program so instead of 10 weeks this session will be 90 days.
I am only having this session and maybe a 10-week session in mid-April if I can work it in my schedule.

I am having an orientation and workout on Wednesday December 28th for those interested in finding out more about the program. The live classes on Zoom will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6 pm.
