Came up just a little short in the Everglades Fishing Co tournament on Saturday, but we’re grateful to bring home 3rd place out of 75 outstanding teams.
The one that got away will be one we won’t forget. After an epic battle with a giant snook, she found the only lone branch along the shoreline and used it to set herself free. That’s fishing.
Congratulations to our good friends on Team Blackjack for taking home the win—well deserved!
A huge thank you to Jimmy, his family, and everyone at Everglades Fishing Co for putting on a tournament that’s truly second to none. If you weren’t there, you missed one heck of a weekend.
And a special shoutout to Chance Singletary and his family for all of the hard work. Your effort definitely didn’t go unnoticed, and it’s greatly appreciated.

Had a great day fishing the Romp in the Swamp tournament with my son Charlie. 80 inches for top youth angler and an amazing overall number for him against 50 plus teams of stacked guides and local anglers. Watching him catch fish all day was worth it all.

Well……the House, Vehicles and Boats are all fine. Lost power at 8:00 am and it came back on @ 2pm. I always get survivors guilt knowing so many people have lost so much to these storms yet I have lost nothing. The best we can do is help others in need.
