Meet our new Rise teacher, Galina Razumovsky! ✨

Galina is a 500-hour RYT, meditation guide, and creator of Sacred Sova. Her classes are an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and come back to yourself through intentional movement, breath, stillness, and deep relaxation. Known for her calm presence and thoughtful guidance, Galina creates practices that feel both grounding and deeply restorative, leaving students with a sense of space in both body and mind. Beyond the mat, Galina is the published author of The Art of Loving Without Losing Yourself and a facilitator of real-life experience meditations—immersive practices that blend visualization, awareness, and inner exploration. Whether teaching yoga or guiding meditation, her goal is the same: you should leave feeling different from when you walked in—lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
