Say hi to Glen Live It, the team that represents The Glen neighborhood of Glenview. They currently sit in 3rd place (5-2) but face the 2nd Place team (South of Central) in this Tuesday’s (9/29) final regular season game. The winner will get the coveted 2nd Seed going into the LVOG Playoffs on 10/6. Come watch this big game on CPW Field 2 at 8:30PM.

Bonnie’s GOAt is our team from Glenview neighborhoods Bonnie Glen and Glen Oak Acres. They sit in 8th Place with a 2-4 record with 2 more weeks of the Battle of Glenview regular season.
Playoffs start 10/6! Let’s Go!!!

Thick Lumber is the team from the Tall Trees neighborhood of Glenview. They currently sit at 2-3 good for 5th Place in the ongoing

Introducing Team NOJO, which stands for North of John’s Park. This is the area north of Central Ave. and south of Glenview Rd. with the Metra tracks to the east and Shermer Ave. to the west.

These guys are in 2nd Place with a 4-2 record. Come root them on!

The saxophones are getting louder because the League of Very Ordinary Gentlemen just donated new musical instruments to the D34 Music Program! 🪈🎺🎷🎻
To date we have donated:
3 Saxophones
2 Cellos
1 Trumpet
1 Flute
1 Clarinet

The Battle of Glenview Neighborhood Team season hit the halfway mark and Golfers are looking to improve on their 1-4 record before the playoffs. The Golfers hail from the Golf and Golf Acres neighborhoods. Get hot going into the playoffs and anything can happen!

The LVOG is pleased to announce that we have awarded 12 youth sports scholarships for Glenview Park District flag football, volleyball & basketball! This is up from 4 just last year! We are happy to help the children of Glenview experience the many joys and lessons that organized sports can teach. The word is getting out that we are here to help! Much love to all who support the LVOG!

Coming at ya from the neighborhoods south of Central Rd. in Glenview - surrounding Henking Hoffman School. Sitting in the 4th spot in the standings at 2-2, SCG is looking for win number 3 against the North Branch Golfers on Tuesday night.

Introducing the Eastie Boys from Glenview’s from Glenview’s Eastern border neighborhoods such as Golf View, Glenayre Park and The Circles. They are currently 2-2 and in 5th Place in the Battle of Glenview. Ch-ch-check ‘em out!

2nd Annual League Of Very Extraordinary Ladies Softball Game was so much fun! The Dugout Dimes bested the Bleacher Baddies 3-1. Thanks to Katie Risch McAdams tina monico Kathleen Christell 🧿Bridget Hogue Costello🧿 for the planning. Thanks to all the amazing women who took the field. What a community!
