Not sore after your workout? That does NOT mean it didn’t work! Soreness is not a scorecard for how effective your workout was ⬇️
You might feel more sore after trying a new exercise, increasing your training volume or doing something your body simply isn’t used to. As you become more consistent and your body adapts, you may actually experience LESS soreness from the same type of training.
That’s a GOOD thing.
Instead of asking, “Am I sore?” ask yourself:
Am I lifting heavier? Am I doing more reps? Is my form improving? Do I have better control? Am I getting STRONGER?
Those are much better indicators of progress.
The goal isn’t to destroy yourself every workout so you can barely move tomorrow. 🚫
Stop chasing soreness. Start chasing PROGRESS 💪🔥
