Our annual Summer Playoffs brought together the best from across our F45 community to see who would rise to the top. Every rep mattered. Every second counted. Every athlete left it all on the floor.

The energy was unreal, the support was louder than the competition, and watching our studios come together reminded us what this community is all about.

Congratulations to our members Mariana and Melody from RVC on completing their first HYROX together! 🏅🔥

Mariana has been putting in the work since joining us in February, consistently showing up for HYROX Friday classes, early 5:15 AM and 6:15 AM workouts, and fitting training into her busy schedule. Her progress has been incredible to watch, becoming so much stronger because of the determination and commitment!

Alongside Melody, who has also been putting in the work at F45 RVC! 🔥 The two completed our HYROX Sim together and were able to take the final HYROX class before race day side by side!💪

From the early mornings and training sessions to crossing the finish line as doubles partners, all of their hard work paid off. We are so proud of you both and loved watching your HYROX journey! 💪🔥🎉

Joyce is taking on her second HYROX tomorrow! 🔥

After an incredible performance in her first HYROX, we can’t wait to see what she accomplishes this time around.👏👏👏

For months, Joyce has been putting in the work, showing up for early morning classes after long shifts caring for animals, staying after workouts to practice her 1000m pace on the ski and row, logging miles on runs, and balancing it all while working toward graduating with her doctorates! 💪🎓🐾🔥

Her discipline is unmatched. Whether it’s pushing through the toughest cardio sessions or moving serious weight on strength days, she continues to show up and give her best every single day.

Joyce has put in the work and earned this moment. We’re proud of everything she’s accomplished and can’t wait to cheer her on tomorrow. Let’s go, Joyce! 💪🔥🖤
