We are excited to welcome Teri Almquist as a guest teacher on Saturday September 26th! Teri has been teaching Bikram yoga since 2005, helping students access what they need to deepen their practice — building strength, flexibility, and a stronger connection to everyday life. A former studio owner, she has used the practice to transform and heal her own body and life, and she brings that gift to every student she teaches, regardless of experience level.
Her classes are welcoming for brand-new beginners while guiding experienced practitioners to the next stage of their practice. Teri weaves yoga philosophy into each class, focusing not just on posture depth but on how every facet of the practice connects to daily life. With a deep knowledge of human anatomy, she brings insight into how each posture works with and within the body — and one of her greatest joys is helping students with injuries and limitations use yoga to heal, transform, and improve their quality of life. Teri will be teaching class at both 8am and 10am. Following the 10am class, she will be conducting a question and answer sensation where you can pick her brain with all your yoga related inquiries! We are excited to welcome Teri Almquist as a guest teacher on Saturday September 26th! Happy fall! We are back to two morning classes on Sundays starting next Sunday the thirteenth! Fall is a great time to reengage with your yoga practice and make getting in the hot room part of your routine!
