Last night, we held our annual Heart of the Rodeo Celebration where we were so proud to donate $108,708 to local non profits!

$71,358 went to fellow non profit organizations who volunteered at GR 2026 and $37,350 is benefiting Jacob's Heart Children's Cancer Support Services thanks to our Kick'N Cancer fundraiser.

Thank you to those who put money in the Kick'N Cancer boots, bought a rodeo ticket, volunteered, or sponsored us this year! It's our mission to give back to the community and we can't wait to see what new heights we reach as the rodeo continues to grow.

Special thanks to Fortino Winery not only for hosting last night us but for all the support they continue to provide us year after year.

What a year it’s been!

Another sold-out Gilroy Rodeo, and we couldn’t be more grateful. To our incredible volunteers, contractors, sponsors, contestants, and especially our amazing community of spectators and supporters - thank you for showing up, cheering us on, and making this rodeo so special year after year.

We’re honored to have you along for the ride and hope there are many more years to come! 🤠❤️

4:30-5:30 PM – Line Dancing Lessons
5:45 PM - Gilroy Rodeo Pre-Show
6:00 PM – Gilroy Rodeo Performance
9:00–11:00 PM – After Rodeo Party with music by Ryan Scripps
Last admission is at 10 PM

It was a night of incredible rides, runs, and thrills at the Gilroy Rodeo Bucking Bash!

We kicked it off with a patriotic tribute, before watching some of the toughest contestants face off in the roughstock and youth shoot out events.

Seventeen-year-old Gilroy local Isabella Ribeiro was crowned Miss Gilroy Rodeo 2026 after two days of competition. Over the next year, she’ll be representing the Gilroy Rodeo with pride at parades, community events, and appearances all across the state.

If you spot Isabella out and about in the arena this weekend, be sure to wave, say hello, and help us give her a huge round of applause! 🤠✨

Let’s rodeo, Gilroy! We’re kicking things off tonight with the GR Buckin’ Bash, an abbreviated rodeo showcasing all things that buck! It’s also Patriotic Night, and we’ve got a few surprises in store… so be sure to arrive early and catch every moment 🇺🇸

'Twas the night before Gilroy Rodeo, and all through the town, not a cowboy was sleeping, excitement ran high! The boots were all shined and set out by the door, in hopes that the gates would soon open once more.

The grandstands are ready, the dust's settling low, so get some rest, folks-it's time for the show! Happy Gilroy Rodeo to all, and to all a good night! 🤠🐴✨
