because of company restructuring issues, and retiring. I'm not selling hit air vests any longer. I still believe they are the best value and safety features in the market.
yesterday my airvest failed, to because I forgot to put a cartridge in it and zipped up the cartridge bag. user error. I also wear motorcycle EN2 body armor for my back. I am fused from L4 to S1. this is just chronic old age I never had a bad back injury but I needed the fusion to stop nerve pain. in looking at the hit air info it says a vest should be replaced every 5 years. I think the best I had I have been wearing since about 2012 and it is 2023. So I think that's reasonable every 5 years to replace the vest and investment. So lucky for the body armor I do have some very small stable fractures on the transverse processes of three of my lumbar vertebrae. My back does not hurt at all but I do have some nerve pain from my fall. I can walk around and actually feels a little better walking in meandering. A few weeks and I'll be back in the saddle and exercising getting my strength and fitness back. and, I bought a brand new MLV c 2 vest. It is the coverage I prefer as I believe it has the most coverage on your body.
