🔥 MOVEMENT OF THE WEEK: SKI ERG 🔥

Don’t let the name fool you—the Ski Erg isn’t just an upper-body machine. It’s a full-body movement that builds power, endurance, and coordination while giving you an incredible cardio workout.

When performed correctly, you’ll be using your:
✅ Lats
✅ Core
✅ Glutes
✅ Hamstrings
✅ Shoulders
✅ Grip strength

The biggest key? Power comes from your hips and core—not just your arms. The more you connect your entire body, the more efficient (and effective) every pull becomes.

This week, our Studio Manager, Briley, and our awesome coach, Isaac, are breaking down one of the most common movements you’ll see at F45—the Romanian Deadlift (RDL)! 💪

The RDL is an incredible exercise for building strength in your glutes, hamstrings, and lower back, but proper form is key to getting the most out of every rep while staying safe.
