A little cutie is on the way! 🍊 And I can't wait to celebrate her! Congratulations, Phelan, Michael, and, of course, Big Sister Gracie!
Custom sugar cookies that are too pretty to eat, but too yummy to not!

What's better than 184 new teachers? 184 new teachers greeted with cookies from the Gilbert Education Association! While it wasn't our usual Welcome Back luncheon, I was thrilled to make a cookie for each and every new certified hire in GPS this year.
We hope to make many more in person connections to share our stories and add more members. Belonging to your professional association is so important and comes with tons of benefits. Remember, you can't buy car insurance AFTER you get into an accident.
Sixteen dozen cookies is A LOT, so I've got a few pictures to help you envision that.
Bonus photo spotted in the new AEA Today: GEA in our new shirts representing our local at the AEA Delegate Assembly in May.

250 years of independence from a king. Resist, because this constitution won't uphold itself!

Now, unless you're new here, you know how much I love a good baby shower order...and THIS was a GOOD baby shower order! Besides the fact that I have known this Mommy-to-Be since before the cruise she took as a teenager where she met the Daddy-to-Be, the theme was everything - classic storybooks!
Thank goodness it was summer break, because this set of five dozen took literal days. Lots of royal icing transfers, hand painting, gold painting, and writing. I love the way they turned out, and was so glad I was able to take the order.
Congratulations Tori and Will - Baby Annabeth is sure to be so loved!

Ack! Ready to post my latest order and realized I had missed one last grad order. These guys celebrated another college Master's graduation. Forks up!

One more set of twins graduating this season, and my only non-Gilbert high school this year. Some traditional grad designs mixed with a couple things that make these ladies unique. On to big things!

Traditional grad designs, but the grad herself is gluten-free. Since my cookie kitchen normally does nothing but bake up gluten, I can't promise a completely risk-free product. I do, however, do my best to make sure everything I use is thoroughly cleaned ahead of time and kept separate throughout the whole baking and decorating process. Congratulations, Madison, the last of this year's former Falcon grads!

Okay, so grad cookies, but make them prettier than grad cookies. 😉 Breaking up my Gilbert High color palette a bit with a softer, more feminine graduation set. I've watched this grad grow from a teeny tiny preschooler to a gorgeous and capable young woman. Congratulations, Olivia!

Most of my high school graduation orders this year were all for the same school, but none were identical. This first client wanted to add a fun spin - school colors but no cap, gown, or diploma cookies. And my first of two sets of twin cookies this season! I love how these turned out. So fun!

Okay, okay....I guess since I just finished decorating the last of the grad orders, I had better get to posting the in between ones! These guys headed across the country earlier this month to celebrate a college grad at an HBCU in North Carolina - Johnson C. Smith University. It's always fun to see my cookies travel so far!
