Looking at Breaststroke and the positioning of the breath specifically.

Get the elevation, let the breath “peak” at the ceiling, and then roll it forward over the water 😎

Little kids being able to fall into the pool and find the wall is CRUCIAL in survival swim lessons.

This little one is now able to do it by herself!

Little miss is only 3 years old and can swim all the way across the pool, dive to the bottom and come up to back float, and jump in and roll to back float OR swim to the wall 🔥

Get your kids in swim lessons, the earlier the better. Once they’re 12 months old, have them go solo with the teacher and watch how much faster they learn!!

Looking at the dive with this being the week of Australian Trials, felt like a great time!

Small details matter, and Cam is the master of this. Making the smallest of tweaks to drop hundredths of a second

has the best sprint Freestyle breathing technique ever.

He is a MASTERCLASS of the disconnected breathe. Breathing so early and able to snap the face down so quick.

does many things great in her Freestyle.

One of them is she has a very balanced stroke. A great catch up to three quarter catch up stroke.

This allows her to maximize the POWER POSITION on every cycle.

Taking a look at Australian Olympian today.

She has a great sprint freestyle, and great technique.
Looking specifically at how balanced her stroke is, as well as the timing.
