We’re excited to launch the inaugural Harbor Frost Cup, coming to Gig Harbor, WA, December 11–13, 2026!

Designed for Boys & Girls U8–U12, the Frost Cup will bring together teams from highly competitive academy programs all the way through recreational soccer for a fun, competitive weekend to close out the year.

This weekend felt like the beginning of something special for Harbor. ⚓️

For the first time, we had the opportunity to host games at home and welcome teams into our Harbor environment.

On Saturday, our girls U11 and U12 GA Inspire teams hosted Seattle Celtic Inspire Pre-GA for competitive games. On Sunday, we were back on the field again, with our U11s facing Seattle Reign and our U12s Seattle Celtic Inspire 14/15 Pre-Aspire .

Of course, the games and the competition matter. But looking around the field this weekend, there was also a bigger picture.

The GA Aspire tents were up. Players were competing, coaches were teaching, families were supporting from the sidelines, and after the final whistle, players from both teams lined up to shake hands and show respect for one another.

Those are the moments that begin to build an environment and an identity.

We are incredibly appreciative of the opportunity to be part of the Girls Academy Aspire pathway and excited about what it can provide for our young female players. This is a new journey for Harbor, and we know that building something meaningful takes time, commitment and a lot of learning along the way.

This weekend was one of those first steps.

A big thank you to for coming out, providing competitive games and helping create a positive weekend of soccer for the players. We look forward to many more weekends like this throughout the season.

Most importantly, we are excited to watch these young players grow within not only as soccer players, but as teammates, competitors and people.

Continuing to learn. Continuing to develop. ⚽️

One of our coaches, Özer Kocdemir, recently traveled to Belfast, Northern Ireland, to begin the next stage of his UEFA A Coaching Diploma through the Irish Football Association.

The week combined on-field coaching, session planning, match and opposition analysis, leadership, coaching behaviors, psychological safety, and plenty of reflection.

A highlight was a workshop with Steve Sallis, exploring how successful teams and organizations build environments that support development, the behaviors that shape those environments, and mistakes to avoid along the way.

David Webb, assistant coach to W***y Sagnol with the Georgian National Team, shared how Georgia analyzed Turkey ahead of their upcoming match and then took the group onto the field to demonstrate how that analysis shaped their on field training.

The coaches also visited Linfield FC to observe training and learn more about their coaching process and the operation behind a successful football environment.

With coaches from different countries, cultures, and football backgrounds, the course created a great environment to learn, share ideas and challenge each other.

One of the biggest takeaways: be intentional. Have a clear strategy, plan the work around it, and consistently reflect on whether your coaching is achieving what you set out to do.

⚽️ What a day at our first Panna Champ 1v1 Tournament!

We had an awesome first Panna event with lots of exciting 1v1 battles, great skills, goals, and most importantly, players having fun and competing!

A DAY OF SOCCER, DRIBBLING SKILLS & 1v1 ACTION!

PANNA is taking over Sehmel Homestead Park on Sunday August 30th!

Music playing.
Players competing.
Dribbling skills on display.
Nutmegs incoming.
And a whole lot of 1v1 soccer!
This isn’t your traditional soccer tournament. Players step into the PANNA arenas and go head-to-head in fast, exciting 1v1 battles where creativity, quick feet and dribbling ability take center stage.

Bring your friends. Challenge your teammates. Show off your dribbling skills. Try that move you’ve been practicing. Beat your defender. Score some goals. And maybe even send someone through the PANNA experience with the ultimate nutmeg.

And at the end of it all…
