Our sweet Skippy has crossed the rainbow bridge. 🌈🤍
He was nearly 19 years old, and I was lucky enough to have him for nine of those years. He came to me in a time of great loss and became my constant companion. He came to work with me every day as our little security guard and comfort keeper, and he was so deeply loved by this community.
Today there will be an altar for Skippy in the Gather Space. If you’d like to come pay your respects, bring a flower, a note, or a memory. You are welcome to sit with him for a moment. 10-5pm
Thank you for loving him with us. Run free, sweet boy. 🐾

A Heartbeat for Our Gathering Space.

This September, A Touch of Meraki turns FOUR.

To honor this milestone, we’re not buying ourselves a gift. We’re inviting our community to help us birth one.

🪶 WE ARE CALLING IN A COMMUNITY GRANDMOTHER SPIRIT DRUM 🪶

The Grandmother Drum carries a deep, heartbeat-like resonance — a grounding pulse and powerful presence that can be felt throughout an entire room.

We are deeply honored that Master Spirit Drum Maker Rob Murphy will be the hands that craft her.

She isn’t being created for one person. She is being created for all of us.

She will live in our Gathering Space and be sounded during circles, ceremonies, sound healings, and community gatherings for years to come.

✨ COMMUNITY GOAL: $600 ✨
Every contribution, large or small, becomes part of her story.

When the time comes for her to be born, we will gather for a community crafting ceremony and close the evening in a drum circle — sounding her heartbeat together for the very first time. 🥁🤎

That’s what this weekend is for.

✦ Final 2026 Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner Training ✦
September 25–27 · Gig Harbor
with Brooke Rodriguez + Rob Murphy

Three days of ceremony, journeying, partner work, and hands-on practice. You’ll work with:

· spirit guides and expanded consciousness
· removing and transmuting energetic intrusions
· soul retrieval and restoring soul qualities
· Master Reiki energy, symbols, and transmission
· past lives and karmic imprints
· fire ceremony and healer initiation

You won’t just learn these practices. You’ll do them, feel them, and start weaving them into the way you already work.

Tuition includes your Practitioner Kit, bound Master Workbook, a private integration session with Brooke, lifetime alumni benefits, and certification. $888.

Special to this course, one student from this circle will go home with a Spirit Rattle, hand-crafted by Rob.

Open to those with previous Reiki or shamanic training, or by instructor permission. This is our last Master Practitioner training of the year.

We are so thrilled to be welcoming the Olalla Kirtan community to A Touch of Meraki’s Gather Space! ✨

This heart centered community offering is here to hold each of you in a new way. First offering is this Friday, August 21st 7-8:30pm!

This circle is being offered on a sliding scale at a Community price or a Pay it forward rate!

No questions are asked, and no explanation is ever required. We simply trust each person to select the rate that best reflects their current season of life. Your honesty and generosity help us continue creating welcoming, inclusive spaces where everyone belongs.

You can reserve your space for Kirtan online under circle & ceremony on the gather space page. Booking reserves your space. Payment will be collected directly by your facilitator at the time of the event.🙏🏼
