We’ll be welcoming multiple Fusion Softball teams along with Next Top Recruit (NTR) teams for training throughout the facility. 💪🥎

With that much activity, cage availability will be limited at different times throughout the evening.

We’re excited to welcome Trent & Taber Mongero and the Dirt Bro Elite Infield Academy to The Dugout Training Facility in Gibsonville!

🔥 ONLY 40 CAMPERS

This is two full days of high-level infield development designed for serious players who want to take their defensive game to another level.

Players will work on:

⚾ Elite throwing mechanics
⚾ Advanced footwork & movement
⚾ Glove work and fielding efficiency
⚾ Infield IQ & situational awareness
⚾ Pre-game and practice routines
⚾ Mental toughness & competitive mindset
⚾ The skills and standards college coaches and professional scouts look for

Training will be led by Trent Mongero alongside Taber Mongero, current UNCW Infield Coach & Director of Player Development and former 4-year Division I starting shortstop.

This isn't your typical camp filled with endless fungos. The Dirt Bro philosophy is “Game Speed. Game Challenge.” Everything is designed to translate directly to game performance.

Parents are encouraged to stay and watch the instruction so they can take home the same drills, terminology and teaching points their athletes receive.

⚾ BIG ANNOUNCEMENT — AUSTIN ST. LAURENT IS COMING TO THE DUGOUT!

We’re excited to announce that professional baseball player Austin St. Laurent will be offering private baseball training at The Dugout Training Facility!

Austin was selected by the Seattle Mariners in the 2024 MLB Draft after playing at Appalachian State University and is currently playing professionally in the Mariners organization.

Players will have the opportunity to work directly with Austin on:

⚾ Hitting & offensive development
🧤 Infield defense
👣 Footwork & athletic movement
🧠 Approach, preparation & baseball IQ
🔥 Advanced player development
