This is what progress looks like.
When he first came to us, back pain associated with the physical demands of working in emergency services was getting in the way—and his movement showed us there was more to work on than simply getting stronger.
Over the past several months, he's put in the work.
We used PRI-based techniques to improve hip and pelvic positioning, then DNS exercises to build the core and pelvic stability needed to control that position.
The result is what you see here.
Same functional exercise. Completely different control.
And even better? The back pain that originally brought him to us has resolved.
This wasn't accomplished by practicing single-leg deadlifts over and over. It came from building the movement foundation that allowed him to perform the exercise better.
He earned this progress.
Restore Movement. Build Strength. Expand Capacity.
