Last Friday, our members tackled the CrossFit Total. 🏋️‍♂️

Three lifts. Three 1-rep maxes:
• Back Squat
• Strict Press
• Deadlift

Benchmarks like this are where all those ordinary days of showing up, putting in the reps, and doing the work get to show off a little.

So we turn the music up, get hyped, and lift some heavy s**t. 😤

🎶 Back to school, back to school… 🎶

Earlier mornings. Practices. Homework. A calendar that somehow filled itself overnight.

When schedules change, it’s easy for your gym time to be the first thing that gets pushed aside.

School’s back. Schedules change. Your consistency doesn’t have to.

Find your hour. Pick your class. Keep that time for you. We’ll take care of the workout. 💪

Middle school is hard. Being strong helps.

Not just barbell strong.

Strong enough to try something new.
Strong enough to be bad at something before getting good at it.
Strong enough to work hard, build confidence, and realize you’re capable of more than you thought.

Bar 10 Teens is back September 1st.

Monday–Thursday | 5:30–6:15 PM

We’ll handle the lifting, running, jumping, learning, and occasional dramatic reaction to the workout. You just get them here. 😏

Pretty cool weekend having two of our Bar 10 members take their CFL2 while Connor was there as part of the CrossFit Seminar Staff.

Proud of these guys for continuing to learn, grow, and dive deeper into CrossFit. 🤘

Hard work doesn’t have an age limit. Neither does learning something new.

Keep showing up. Stay willing to learn. Find coaches who care enough to help you get there.

Roger did exactly that.. and now he can add ring muscle-ups to the list. 🔥

The goal isn’t to stop getting older. It’s to never stop getting better.

Afraid of your first class? Don’t be. 🫶

Your coach will guide you through everything—from the warm-up, to the workout, to the cool-down—and help you adjust anything you need along the way.

And the best part? You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have a whole crew beside you, cheering you on, learning with you, and probably becoming some of your newest friends.

Somewhere along the way, we were taught to fear muscle and chase "smaller."

But muscle is one of the greatest investments you can make for your future.

So maybe the question isn't,
"What if lifting makes me bulky?"

Maybe it's,
"What is avoiding strength costing me?"

The anti-aging industry is worth billions.

One of the most powerful tools has been inside the gym this whole time.

Muscle isn't the enemy.

Frailty is.

Yeah... we said what we said. 💅

Today, Tobin celebrated 7 years of sobriety with a 7-mile run.

What makes that even more meaningful? Before today, he had never run more than 3 miles.

We're incredibly proud of Tobin and grateful to be a small part of his story. His journey is a reminder that we're capable of far more than we often believe - and that growth happens one choice at a time.

Sobriety isn't just about what you leave behind. It's about everything you gain - health, clarity, relationships, resilience, purpose, and the opportunity to become the person you were always capable of being.

Every year isn't simply another anniversary. It's another year of choosing yourself. Choosing growth over comfort. Hope over despair. Presence over escape.

Lasting transformation isn't found in one life-changing moment. It's built through thousands of ordinary decisions made with extraordinary consistency.

Congratulations, Tobin. Seven years. Seven miles. Here's to the miles behind you.. and the many still ahead. ❤️
