After 10 years of investigation, authorities have finally arrested the studio owner behind one of the city’s most unforgettable gala parties.

The charges:

❌ Creating a gala people talk about long after it’s over.
❌ Turning one night into an entire experience.
❌ Making grown women dress up, show out, and celebrate themselves.
❌ Bringing together an entire community for a night of connection, recognition, and memories.
❌ Setting the bar so high that a “regular party” just doesn’t cut it anymore.

At LadyStrong, we don’t just work out.

At the end of every quarter our members retest to see how much they’ve improved since the beginning of the quarter.

This quarter’s Fitness Test focused on strength, and immediately after completing their retest, we asked one simple question…

“What’s your favorite Fitness Test exercise?”

The answers were different for everyone, and hearing why they chose each movement was our favorite part.

Watching our members get stronger quarter after quarter is exactly why we do Fitness Tests.

Progress isn’t about guessing, it’s about measuring.
